Cross Training

Spice up your workout routine with cross-training for whole-body fitness that mixes aerobics, strength training, and flexibility.

Functional Training

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.
 

Functional fitness exercises are designed to train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities, such as carrying groceries or playing a game of basketball with your kids.

G.A.P. & Body Toning

Also known as “Legs, Bums & Tums”, target those problem areas with an effective aerobic and muscle tone workout. “Glúteos, Abdominales y Piernas!”


GAP training is aimed at developing the abdominal muscles and the lower body by combining different exercises. Expect to make your glutes, abs and legs stronger and firmer.

HBX Boxing

Functional sessions based on boxing technique, kickboxing and martial arts.

 

Improve cardiovascular condition. Increase the loss of body weight as each session consumes a high number of calories. Improve sleep quality, reduce stress levels and the negative effects of it. And, increase muscle tone, body control and coordination. With all the advantages of a martial arts training, this activity is accessible to anyone, even if you have never practised combat sports.
 

HBX is a training program with a musical base that uses the different types of strokes of Boxing, Kick Boxing and non-contact martial arts. The only adversary is going to be a punching bag and a Slamball on which to discharge all the stress and negative energy.

Come join the party! ZUMBA® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

Featuring Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, Zumba® is an exercise class that keeps everyone motivated by creating a dance party atmosphere.
